Ingredients
- Sweet potato
- Eggs
- Salt & Pepper
- Cinnamon
Grate a large sweet potato with the large grater. Mix sweet potato with salt, pepper, cinnamon and an egg.
Heat skillet with plenty of oil. Press sweet potato in a thick cake and fry until brown. Flip carefully with the help of a spatula and plate and cook until brown on the other side. Fry an egg and plate up.
