Ingredients
500g ground beef
5 stalks fresh parsley
3 stalks fresh mint
3 tbsp. finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1⁄4 tsp. ground allspice
1⁄2 tsp. ground cumin
1⁄2 tsp. ground coriander
1⁄4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1⁄2 medium yellow onion, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Oil roasting pan liberally and place in 220 degree C oven.
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Spoon a tablespoon into your palm, roll into balls and flatten slightly.
Place carefully onto the hot baking dish and grill for 10 minutes until charred and cooked through.
Serve with hummus, warmed Lebanese bread, tomatoes and fattoush.
